  • Sounds like an idea for NOVA and the rest of Virginia. NOVA already thinks they ARE the state of Virginia and ignore the needs and concerns of us. I say we declare the state of "New Virginia" or maybe since we already have West Virginia, NOVA could become "North Virginia" and we could become "South Virginia."

    !!!

The People's Republic of Northern Virginia

And they'd have to pay their own taxes for their road repairs, highway additions, Metro upgrades and maintenance, etc.

  • First things first. We've got to stake our boundary. Obviously the state line to the south. I say west to Kentucky and Tennessee. What about east and to the north?
