Let's all hope the question of sanctuary cities doesn't come back.

Let's all hope the question of sanctuary cities doesn't come back.

i'm more worried about medicaid expansion.

democrats had a net gain of at least 15 seats in the house of delegates. it's been 8 years since a republican won statewide office in Virginia proving it's becoming harder and harder to elect republicans. people need to vote for the best candidate instead of the lesser of 2 evils.

Well, a net gain of 12 right now with some of the recounts underway. I think it may stay 51-49 Republican slight majority, or even 50-50.

But. There will be a lot of moderate Republicans who will be willing to work with a moderate Democrat Governor. Plus, Ralph Northam may appoint some of the Republican legsilators to cabinet positions in the Northam administration!

That would be awesome! Both sides working together! Wait a minute - isn't that against the law?

Sounds like it! If not, its against the law of those who pay to put these folks in office to dictate their wants, desires, and own interests. Those people would NOT like to see the legislators they bought and paid for working with the other side.
